Major credit cards, debit cards, HSA cards, and checks are accepted. Payment is due at each appointment unless prior arrangements are made.

Don't see your insurance plan in what is listed above? You may still be able to be reimbursed by your insurance company for services. This would be called an out-of-network benefit. In order to determine if your insurance company will reimburse you for seeing an out-of-network provider, ask the following questions:
